Just finished my buddy call and man, it was awesome.
So much so that it has totally shifted me from feeling pretty lazy about my goals to getting me motivated and thoughtful.
She gave me some key advice that I’ve heard before, but this time it seemed new to me.
Just work on your goals for 20 mins a day. So simple…yet so true. I need to put in some real commitment.
So I will put in 40 mins each day (20 mins for each goal) to work on what I’ve declared for myself.
Other declarations include: getting my relationship with my new manager from a 4 to a 6, making healthy choices, and sticking to my $85 budget for the week.
